Today I managed to finish two chainmaille projects while streaming. Huzzah!
The bracelet and the necklace will be for sale once I figure out the prices for them.
These projects made me happy. It feels good to finish something. The bracelet was a fresh project, while the necklace had been mostly done for weeks. I finally got around to making it a proper length. Also, my hands don’t hurt nearly as much as when I did that stainless steel necklace. These are both done using anodized aluminum, which is much easier to work with. Plus, I was using 18g 1/4″ rings versus the 20g 1/8″ rings. Bigger rings allows for faster progress.
So hurray for starting something and actually finishing it. Extra hurray for having something to blog about.
